REHAU LTD's OFFICE BUILDING

In the new office building of the German origin company REHAU at Paiania Greece we constructed all the electromechanical installations of it as below: The central air conditioning system which combines air ducts with floor heating and cooling, the chiller room, the boiler room, the B.E.M.S. automation, the electrical installations with and without instabus EIB-KNX, the structured cabling for data and voice, the automated sun protection system with motorized blinds, the computer room, the fire detection system, the fire extinguishing system, the access control, the outdoor lighting, the drinking water supply, the sewage disposal, the drainage, the pumping stations, etc.

LUXURIOUS APARTMENTS COMPLEX OF ATHIDONA SA

For ATHIDONA S.A. apartment complex at Glyfada Greece we designed the following installations: The central air conditioning using F.C.U. with apartment autonomy and energy metering, the central hot water production with solar panels and consumption metering system, the electrical installations, the fire extinguishing system with sprinkler, the chiller room, the boiler room, the terrestrial TV and SAT signal distribution, the telecommunications distribution, the water supply, the drainage, the swimming pool, the sewage disposal, the pumping station,  etc.
